Hampton Roads Motorcycle Safety Training is an MSF-recognized training site located in Chesapeake, VA. We are headed by Debra Monteiro, the owner, CEO, and trainer; James Tash, Jr., the business manager and trainer; and Patrick Books, the QA administrator and trainer. Together, our trainers have over 200 years of riding experience and provide quality motorcycle safety training to beginner and experienced riders throughout the area.
